Roles:

  • Gathering requirements from the customer and documenting the same in clear and detailed manner.
  • Work with subject matter experts and prepare process definition document as per client’s needs & conducting walk through and get sign off.
  • Capability to identify potential risks and issues across the project
  • Identifying the business needs of the clients and translating them into application and functional requirements
  • Co-ordinate with the various stakeholders and provide effective solutions.
  • Probe the customer to unearth more information that is not being provided upfront.
  • Translate the business requirements to the technical team and track progress.
  • Perform gap analysis, root cause analysis and change impact analysis on existing solutions and new requirements
  • Co-ordinate with the various stakeholders till closure of the project.
  • Helping developer and testers to understand the requirement and helping them to reach the goal. Creating power point presentation and documenting user training documents
  • Act as a Product Owner on behalf of the client where required
  • Involve in user acceptance testing
  • Experience in documenting user stories with acceptance criteria, business rules, user journey / flow diagram, tech architecture diagrams
  • Contribute to functional and tech workshops. Liaise with client contact to get the user stories signed off before beginning development
