Cornelius founded Merit in 2004 after already building an impressive resume in technology and software. Con oversees the team in India and is focused on developing talent and leadership, monitoring customer delivery and exploring new ways of delivering exceptional results to Merit’s clients.

Joanna Edwards is Merit’s Chief Revenue Officer.  Based in London, Joanna has over 15 years experience of leading strategy, vision and performance of successful sales teams. Joanna is focused on growing new and existing business partnerships and positioning Merit Group as a trusted provider of data solutions that help clients achieve business and financial goals.

With 18 years of experience in research operations management, process improvement, and strategic planning, Deepanshu heads up operations in Merit’s Mumbai office ensuring performance and quality of systems. He manages, measures and ensures that service level agreements are met with a key focus on budget planning and profitability.

Gladys drives the planning and implementation of tangible, cost-effective data solutions and time bound project transitions that help Merit and clients achieve business and financial objectives. She champions a range of strategic initiatives within the IT team -supporting business development and compliance.

Vikram Reddi is the Director of Key Account Management. Based out of Merit’s HQ in the Shard, Vikram manages client relationships and grows the value of our partnerships by working closely with our delivery and operations teams which are based out of Mumbai and Chennai.

Responsible for mapping and developing existing client relations as well as acquiring new business, Daniel draws inspiration from helping clients understand the power of data and how they can use it to enhance business performance and drive revenue growth.

Cliff has over 16 years of global marketing experience across marketing operations & data management, system migration and implementation and customer engagement through customised automated customer journeys. His passion is understanding customer behaviour, the insights that drive integrated digital campaigns and process automation.

Bindu has over 20 years of experience, implementing robust people practices from start-ups to multinationals. At Merit, she heads a vibrant team, responsible for talent acquisition, staff engagement, performance management, L&D, R&R, career, and competency frameworks for growth.

Kathy is responsible for the transition of new projects, from inception right through to implementation. She partners with clients to identify key business objectives and helps drive transformation projects that best fit their specific needs.  She spearheads several other strategic initiatives at Merit, including compliance, sustainability, DEI and mental wellbeing programs.

Dheeraj drives the implementation of management system frameworks and best practices focusing on Quality, Data Privacy, Information Security and Sustainability across Merit. He is passionate in creating a compliance-driven culture in alignment with business objectives and client success.
